Ambrosia Wine Studio is committed to delivering your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner. Order processing time is contingent upon credit card authorization, and does not include weekends or holidays.

Orders Damaged in Transit

Ambrosia Wine Studio uses specially designed packaging of the highest quality to protect your wine in transit. Our product is in a temperature controlled storage and available for immediate shipment.However, in the unusual event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date. We will require a photo of damaged items emailed to ambrosiawinestudio@gmail. 

We may offer a replacement, discount, refund, or an account credit to be used for a later purchase. Ambrosia Wine Studio  is not responsible for damage to wine, including leakage or damaged corks, resulting from heat or extreme temperatures during shipment.

Weather Advisory

Shipping during periods of heat or extreme cold is at your own risk. Ambrosia Wine Studio is not responsible for damage to wine, including leakage or damaged corks, resulting from heat or extreme temperatures during shipment.

Cancelations

A cancelled order is an order that has been placed and payment processed. A restock fee of 10% of the merchandise amount will be assessed at the time of refund. Shipping cost will not be refunded if the order ships that cost too will be assessed.

Returns

A returned order is any order that has been delivered and then returned or declined by the buyer. This includes orders returned due to failed delivery attempts as result of adult signature not available. Upon receipt of a returned order back to our facility, a refund will be issued less original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and a restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise amount.

Dissatisfaction with the Quality

Ambrosia Wine Studio work hard helping you select a product but we cannot guarantee that you will like the taste of of wine you may select. In the event you do experience a problem with the quality of  wine, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
